Refund Policy

1. Applicability

  • These terms apply to all flight and hotel reservation services for visa applications, provided in the form of PDF documents sent by email.

2. Delivery time and refund

  • Reservations are delivered in PDF format within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • If the reservation is not received within 24 hours, the client may request a full refund by contacting : [email protected] .

3. Issued documents — no possibility of return

  • Once the document has been delivered to the client, no refund will be granted, in accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, applicable to personalized services provided immediately.

4. Client responsibility

  • The client is solely responsible for the information they provide. Any errors in the information (name, destination, dates, etc.) will not entitle them to a refund.

5. Refund request procedure

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to : [email protected] , specifying the relevant order and the reasons for the request, as soon as possible after the non-delivery is noted.
